We're not fooling! NERVF registration materials go live April 1

We're dotting our "i"s and crossing our "t"s and the 2010 4-H NERVF Tour, Workshop and Registration mail in form will go live on our Web site on Thursday, April 1, 2010.

A secure Web site to accept credit card registration and payments is expected to go live on or about April 15, 2010.

2010 NERVF will feature a "Ticket-in-a Bag" Auction!!!

A Ticket in a Bag Auction is to be held at the 2010 NERVF to help defray expenses. We are continuing the tradition of requesting that each attendee bring an item to donate with a minimum of value of $15. The tickets will be sold for $1.00 or 6 for $5.00; and will be on sale throughout the forum. We will be drawing the winners on Saturday afternoon; giving everyone time to collect their winnings to be packed to take home! This has been a popular auction at recent NERVF forums, and successful due to the great and varied gifts and items that were donated. There are many chances to be a winner! We appreciate your participation!!!


In the past we have seen some incredible auction items to entice a vigorous auction activity and our 4-H friends have won some real bargains!

Attention Committee Chairs and Members. We have posted a NERVF Google Calendar - top left. Yes, it's small, but if you double click on a date, you will get an expanded pop up. Double click on that and event details will emerge. What time are we meeting, who needs to show up where, what time is Ernie bringing those pizzas? will all be at your finger tips! The break out committees can enter their meeting times here. Just notify Michele and she will post it!  This can also be used for volunteer assignments - where and when they need to report!

The draft registration packet is being proofed and will be posted soon on the 2010NERVF 4-H Website. All materials will be posted online first!

Atlantic Sands Hotel and Conference Center

You can reserve your NERVF hotel room now!  All rooms, (including suites) are $95 per night per single/double occupancy, plus 8% rental tax. The rate is a bit higher if you are tripling or quadrupling up. Triple occupancy is $110 (divide by 3) per night and quad occupancy is $125 per night (div. by 4),  We have the whole hotel and conference center to ourselves that weekend! Delaware's 4-H Quilt is on the auction block

Or rather, the raffle block!  The quilt was handmade in Delaware.  Tickets are $1 each or six for $5.
